K2 Visa Questions
Hi All,
Anyone know how long it's taking for I129F applications to be processed now? I submitted my forms in November via an attorneys office. They told me it was averaging 111 days at the time, and we're past that by almost a month. I'm hoping if there were any major issues we would of been contacted about it by now. Trying to stay positive through this whole long slow process.
A friend of mine that went through this many years ago said he went to Manila for the interview and suggested I do the same. I don't have any plans to go back again at this time. Is this something I really need to do? I have been there recently for the face to face meet so it's not about that. I know my fiancee is prepared for the interview when ever it happens and should be able to answer the questions by herself. Getting the time away from work may be difficult to go back this year.
