Hi,
I am planning to immigrate to US(NJ/NY) and I am coming through H4 visa as a dependent. I am practising physiotherapy(completed BPT) in India for past three years and after marriage I am going to join my husband who is working in US on H1B visa. I want to continue working as physiotherapist in US(NJ/NY) and I do not know what is required to practise it. Please let me know any certification/courses that are to be completed in order to work in US and the procedure to obtain the H1B VISA for the same. I did refer to one of posts involving a similar inquiry for state of Texas but I am going to settle in either NJ/NY so I was wondering if the application process is similar.
Any inputs from you will be helpful.
