H1 B transfer after EAD (OPT) denial

Hi ,

My EAD got rejected due to late submission of the OPT documents.But my H1 B was approved when I was a student ie It was approved before my graduation.I have started working with my employer from 1st October and now I want to switch to another company.Would there be any problem in my H1b transfer to another company if my EAD was rejected?
