I have been working for a company since June 2004.My company applied B1 for me in Aug 2004 which got rejected under 214(b) in Chennai Consulate.Subsequently after completing 8 months in the company i.e. in March 2005 and with L1 A Blanket petition, I again appeared in Chennai consulate and the officer asked me to reapply with individual L1 petition and the reason 221 (g) given was "the petitioner has not filed an individual L petition for you". After completion of one year my company has filed L1 A individual petition with INS.
Since my company messed up my visa for 2/3 times, now I am changing my job and my new company(2nd Comapny) wants to apply for H1 visa for me.
But L1 A individual petition has been already filed but not been approved the
same will be withdrawn by the 1st company.
What will be the implications of my previous B1 and L1 rejection and subsequently my L1 A petion withrawal on new filing of H1 from the new company?...Plz advice urgently ....
