I have 2 questions here:
1- My H1 was filed on 11th June and I have received my petition number as well. However when I check the status on USCIS website it says "initial review". It's been more than 2 months now that I am getting the same status. Can someone advise me how much time should I expect more? How much time does the processing of visa's filled in the last slot takes?
2- My last employer also filled my H1 last year but due to rampdown it was called off by my employer later. I checked using my last year's petition number, USCIS sent a RFE last year in on my application to which my employer didn't responded and later my application was denied. Can it effect my current visa processing.
Please advise.
