In my Current company A, I am on H1B. My 6th Year of H1B is completed on Sep30-2012.
My GC on EB3 for 140 has approved last year. And on same basis my next 3 yr of H1B extension has been applied. I got the receipt for same.
My EB3 to EB2 porting is also applied later last year and has LCA got approved & 140 is in pending.
Below is the summary.
1. H1-B 6 Yr completed in Company A.
2. EB3 140 & LCA approved in Company A.
3. EB3 to EB2 porting started & LCA Approved but 140 is in pending status (Company A).
My Question: I have a offer from a Different company B. They are ok to take me on H1B & can run the GC also. Is it possible, if I can move to this company B?
