Should re-submit DS160 due to change in travel tickets?

Did india tickets in June, Filled out DS 160 based on these dates. Due limited dates availablity took whichever dates were available. later realized that we don't have enough days to pickup passport to changes tickets. Should we change DS160 and submit again? Don't see option to change, mailed embassy but haven't heard back
