I have a valid H1B petition with my current employer. When I moved to my current project in July, I raised an amendment request with USCIS as the client and location has changed. The amendment request is still under processing in USCIS. Now my current project will be over by end of October and I will need to work for another client. Can I raise another amendment request for the new client and location even though the previous amendment request is still under processing in USCIS? Please note here that I am not changing my employer at any instant. I am submitting the amendment request as the client and location is changing.
