I had my H1 visa from 09/2008 to 10/2010. and I went back to my home country. Now I am on H4 status. I am looking for
a job now. if there is any employer would like to sponsor my H1 visa, Can I transfer from H4 to H1 immediately? will it be the
same as I apply for a new H1b and cannot work until it is effective in Oct each year?
