I had my H1B approved on 19th October, my spouse and 3 yr old Kid are booked for the visa interview on 29th Oct(due to a family emergency she is unable to join when i went for the stamping). I saw in Immihelp that both parents should attend the Visa interview along with the kids below 14 yrs. Will I be allowed to go along with them for the interview? if No, Is there a format that I can use for the No objection certificate, certifying that I dont have any issues with my Kid 's H4?
