    DS160-Marital status

    I've to go for visa stamping for my H1B visa and a bit confused with the DS160 filling in the marital status. My Divorce case is in progress and I am not sure where my spouse resides. My W2 status still reflects as single.
    Should I fill my status as 'single' or 'married' or 'other' in DS160 form. Please advice.
