Hi, I had a valid H-1 Visa till Oct 2006 for company C1.
My wife also had an H-4 Visa till Oct 2006. We both have our passport stamped till Oct 2006.
Now I switched a different company in USA and my H-1 got transferred to company C2.
If I go back to India after(or even before Oct 2006), I need to get my passport restamped while coming back.
How about for my wife ??? If she goes before Oct 2006 and plans to come back, does she need to get the passport restamped ???? She has a valid stamping till Oct 2006.
