Hi,
I am working on L Visa for company A and my visa is valid thru' Dec 31, 2012.
I filed for my H1B with Company B and got the approval in June 2012.
I did not took the employment with company B in October.
I rather travelled out of the country to mantain my L status and returned to US on the 1sr week of October on my L visa nd got the I -94 till Dec 31st.
Now I am planning to work for Company B on H. My employer is planning to file the amendment and I have the end client SoW and invitation letter with me.
Question
1. Do I really need an amendment?
2. Does it matter if we file in regular or it has to be in premimum?
3. Can I continue working on H1B even if amendment is pending with USCIS?
4. Can I continue to stay once the amendment is filed?
