I am working in EVC model and I got my H1B approved till Oct 2013.
But I have to change my Client 2 months back and I got a new LCA approved for the new client.
I have planned to go to stamping during February 2013.
My client contract for now is valid only till April 2013.
My employer executes in-house projects in US with delivery centers from India.
Could you please tell me what are the documents I can show to prove that I will I have a valid job after my contract is over with my end client.
Could you please tell me the importance of end-client contract like is it necessary that contract expiry = H1B validity
(or) I can say that I will work for my employer at different clients after the current client contract is expired.
