Wife and husband both going for H1 Stamping.

My company has processed H1 for both me and my spouse as we are working for the same employer. We have got the same date and time slot for both finger print collection and visa interview. I heard they question about spouse (dependant) travel plan sometimes.

My question is, is there any precautions we need to take while answering that question?

Please suggest an appropriate answer as well for the question, About spouse's travel plan?
