I have H4 visa stamping validity untill Feb 18th 2013,( have EAD valid unitll nov 2014)but have to travel to India for even a week from Feb 6th to feb 14th,2013, can I travel back to the US with my child(US citizen) 3 days prior to expiry of visa stamping , say I have to enter POE on feb 15th,2013.My husband's H1B is under extension and I have only receipt number,so can't go for Visa stamping within short time In India , is it risky to enter at POE due to short time on stamping and also no extended I 797 or shd the I-797 with the date of the current visa stamping suffice.Please advice similar situations.Appreciate your views.thanks
