Left with 2 months of H1B visa Going for Stamping
Hi,
My H1B is valid till Apr 15 2013. I am travelling to India in Jan. I am planning to go for stamping for in End of January. My I140 is Approved. I was planning to go for my Extension but because of travel i am thinking of not filing extension now and go for extension after i come back from India.
Question : will there be a problem in Visa Stamping because of i have just 2 months left in my I797
