Possibility of extending H1B after 6 years
My H1B visa, valid until july 29, 2013(completing 6th year)
current company has completed advertisement phase and they are yet to apply Perm in few weeks.
At this situation client company is offering full time position for same project and role.
Should I accept the offer? As there is only exactly five months left, is this five months sufficient to change employer (h1 transfer)and apply for advertisement, PERM and I-140 to stay back in US.
As I have family here, wife working with a newborn baby, it's tough situation to go out of visa status( leaving to India)
To mention, my spouse have I-140 approval. Does this help in getting EAD for depandant after July.
How can I proceed?
