Working on L1. Have H1 approval. Don't want to join H1
Hi,
Here is my situation.
I am currently working on L1 for employer A, which is valid till Aug 2013. I94 is also valid upto Aug 2013. Last July, I applied for H1 from employer B which got approved in Feb 2013. Now, employer A is ready to file H1 for 2014 quota. I am still working for L1 employer since I am looking for job on H1 with employer B.
My questions are:
1. Can I chose not to join employer B and keep working on L1 with Employer A?
2. 60 days of buffer period to join H1 is ending in 2nd week on April 2014. If employer A files for H1 on April 1st 2014, can I keep on working for employer A and ignore the H1 that I have from Employer B?
