H4 to L1 Visa conversion information required

I am currently working for a Major Indian IT service provider and I am on H1B visa.My wife also works for the same comapany in India for past TWO years and she is gonna come here next month on H4 visa(as the company is not ready to apply for H1B) by taking one year loss of pay in India.

So, once she come here can there be any possibility that she can convert to L1 visa from same company and work here.If so,what are the formalities ?

Please provide me with some valid response.
