Hi,
On my passport,i donot have a surname(last name) and only have a given name.My I129 will be filled up shortly.So on the I129,should i have the last name as N/A and first name as my given name.
Also,in the future when i would be filing up the DS-160,in such a case,we use first name as :FNU and last name as:Given name,so would it not match with the petition?
Kindly advice me on how i should be filling up the I129 in my case.
