Hi,
My employer (Consultant) is sponsoring my H1b visa (currently on H4). Question: How much time is generally required to get LCA certificate from labor dept.? My employer asked me to submit all documents by March 28 and will going to submit my H1 petition in first week of April. Is it possible to get LCA in few days?
Please check if below H1b process flow is correct:
1. Submit all documents to employer.
2. Employer will complete all necessary paperwork and will submit for LCA approval.
3. Once LCA approved, employer will submit all paperwork along with LCA to USCIS. (Around 1st week of April).
