Hi,
My current H1-B validity is till 9-Apr-2013 and the Extension was filed on 26-Feb-13 and the receipt number has been received.
Max out date for me is 1-Jun-2013 (completing 6 years of stay in US).
Also GC labor was filed on 19-Jan-2013. I did not get any staus on this yet.
Query:
a) What are the chanses that I get my PERM and I140 (thru premium processing) approved and H1B extention(thru premium processing using approved I140) by 1-Jun-2013?
b) Can my H1-B extension be filed using approved I140 after 9-Apr-2013 while my current H1-B extension status is still in pending
(with H1-B extension receipt number)?
Could you also please suggest if there are any other options available to work in US?
