Linking L1A and H1B petition
Hi,
My current employer has filed L1A for me and my future employer wants to file H1B for me. My future employer lawyers have asked me to give my L1A Petition filing number, so that they can link the 2 applications. My L1A petition is still in process. Please let me know what they mean by linking two applications and is there any harm or advantage of linking the two applications.
