L1B to H1B Transfer with Approved I140
Hi,
My GC is in I140 approved stage.
My L1 will expire at the end of this year. i.e at the end of December.
My company has filed for H1B so that I can continue to get extensions based on my approved I140.
Do I still fall into the cap gap for filing my H1B even with an approved I140 ?
Is there a use for my approved I140 with out an approved H1B ?
