Below is my case:
H1 from employer AAA was from Oct 2007 to Sep 29' 2010
Transferred to employer BBB in June 2010. LCA approved from June '14 2010 to June 2013. H1 extension receipt number received on June 14- 2010. H1 extension approved in April 2011(Did regular processing)
But valid dates on new 797 are from April 2011 to June 2013. My question - Is this gap the from June 2010 to April 2011 OK or something to be worried about?
Please note that the gap from Sep 2010 to April 2011 is more than 180 days
