Hi All,
First of all, I would like to thank Kabkaba for his valuable information. His inputs helped me a lot to take some decisions in my case and it resulted in successful H1B stamping.
I have applied for a cap exempt petition and the interview went like this:
Asked if this is a new petition or an extension.
Enquired about my martial status.
Asked about my son's dependent visa.
Enquired about my previous L and B visas.
Asked about my current employer and end client.
Enquired about my wife's status in US and who is her employer.
Asked about my sal with H1 employer.
Finally I heard the good news that I will receive a sms about my visa.
I have lost my expired passport recently and I took Police report for this. I had to go to another counter to get this verified, I was little skeptical that this may play any negative on the case but overall all went well.
I am waiting to receive my passport.
