hi All,
Need suggestions..
I applied for H1B this year, application got picked in lottery and i upgraded it to premium process. I got RFE after 2 days.
I submitted the documents for RFE and they contacted my present client and my client replied that my contract will be ending soon.
Now i am working for a different client and planing to go for MTR (Motion to Re-open).
What are the chances for me If I go for RFE with new client and new LCA to challenge the decision.
Please guide me. Thanks in advance.
