I was filling up the DS160 for both me and my wife since both are on H1 and when it came to the payment section, it gave me the account# and IFSC code for BankofAmerica, Mumbai. I paid the fees twice to the same number thinking it will be the same. Later I realized that it gives different account numbers for each applicant.
Now, is there is a way to get a refund of this fees? I know they have mentioned clearly it is non-refundable and all that, but is there anyone who has paid it twice and tried to get a refund?
Any help would be appreciated.
