my cousin is transferring H1 from Current employer to another employer with a new job offer from a company/client who is like implementation partner. there is one layer in between. this is pretty much EVC but client is an implementation partner for an end client and he will work at end client's location only. How far chances of getting RFE? he got vendor/implementation partner letters, but not actual end client letter. The end client will not give a letter but after some time they may give email communications/ or say they can not provide letters. So far his status is good, and with all pay stubs. please help him.
