Urgent questions about multiple H1b transfer petitions. Thanks in advance!
Hi,
I'm currently working for employer A and got an offer from company B last week. I've already given all the documentations to transfer my H1b to company B. Last Friday, I got another offer from company C and I would like to join company C. Can I start transferring H1b with company C at the same time that I'm transferring H1b with company B. I'm not sure which company will submit the petition first. If company C submit my H1b transfer petition in prior to company B (and I assume that it will be approved before company B's petition to be approved), will it have any impact on me to join company C if the petition with company B also get approved?
