H1B Extnension - RFE Query
I applied for H1B extension during Nov'2012, my Visa got expire in Dec-2012 and I work for a IT major (TCS,CTS.,).I received RFE in Feb'2012 and submitted all document for Employee-Employer model including client letter. While I was waiting for Decision from USCIS, I had an emergency and travelled to India during May and now I have received another RFE asking for Client letter and Few other details.
For past 2 months am working from my Offshore Location and Can i now get a client letter stating am working in Offshore location? Will that cause any trouble? Because my client letter submitted for RFE Quey 1 has Onsite location and the one I will be submitting for RFE Query 2 would have Indian offshore location. Is it fine travelling and working from India when Exntension is in progress? Please share your thoughts.
