Can I transfer from J1 to H1B by openning LLC company ?

I am in US on J1 visa, i am IT engineer and I am doing my internship.

What are my chances for getting Green Card or H1B after this ?
Since I have a cousin who owns trucking company is it possible that I open LLC with him and apply for Green Card or H1B? What are my chances and what is the procedure ?
