H1B transfer and H4 travel

Hello Experts,

I want to transfer my H1B from employer A to new employer B sooner. In this case, Can my spouse(who is in India now) travel to USA with H4 stamped of my employer A (with validity till Nov 2013), when i already transferred my H1B to new employer B.

Your advice will allow me to plan really better. Thanks much.
