H!B transfer from profit to non-profit organisation

Hello there,

I am working for profit organisation with current visa status as H1B and received an offer from non-profit organisation. My question is on how the visa transfer will happen from my current job(which is profit organisation) to the new job(non-profit organisation).
If I would change my job, would my H1B transfer falls under H1B - cap extempt?

I am really confused..please help...
