Interview Gap to be maintained between B1 and H1b visa?
HI All,
I had attended for B1 visa on July 31 2013 and it was rejected for my current employer. I have H1b approved by other employer for fiscal year 2014. So, my question are:-
1) Is there any gap that I should maintain to go for H1b interview, like 2 months or 3 months?
2) Will my B1 rejection affect my H1 interview as I will be going in October for H1 interview which is less than 3 months away?
