Hey guys,
The name of my company recently changed. My h1 b visa petition has the company's old name. I am pretty sure that I dont require a h1 b amendment and have also talked to the lawyer. My question is regarding the ds 160. Should I mention the new name of the company or the old name of the company there? And also, what should I say when asked where do you work by the VO? New name or old name? This is an urgent matter and I would be much more confident if I have a clarity while answering my interview. Please guys, any help is appreciated.
