Hello guys,
I've been to H1B interview on 9.9.05 at london embassy.The VO was a lady and interview was cool but took 30 mins.She told me 'You have satisfied all my requirements and i'm giving you a VISA.I said thanks.Pls pay 50$ for visa printing charges and come back to me.She told Indian govt is charging americans extra fees for printing visa apart from interview fees ,and so they are charging for indians as well.I just smiled said ok ,paid the fees and came back.She told me all the best and THEN..........,donno wat happened she said wait and came bk in a min and told I'm very sorry my administrator says ur appl needs extra processing and took my CV,US employer papers,Current and previous employer papers.She refunded the 50$ i've paid and gave my passport with 221(g) and told me to wait till i receive mail from embassy.Guys i'm VERY UNLUCKY to face such a situation.
Did any guys from UK face a situation like this.Can u tell me how long will they take?
