Is H4 Visa holder allowed to assist in realestate investment without any compensation
Hello,
I am H4 visa holder dependent on my wife H1 visa (She is physician in an underserved area). I'm not allowed to work to earn money on H4...
However, Is it possible that my wife purchase (or mortgage) rental properties such as single family homes And I assist her in activities such as finding the property through realtors or Zillow etc, Finding tenants through advertisement, collection of rents on her behalf etc?
of course there will be no monetary compensation for me and all the rents will go to her account directly... Also the property and mortgage stays in her name...
