I am filing for COS from F1 (OPT) to H4
On form I 539, there is a question:
Current non immigrant status (Ans= F1) and expires on (Ans=?)
This is where my confusion lies. My OPT expiration date is 2014 July but since I decided not to work I am filing for H4 within my 90 days of OPT approval (which is Oct 11).
My Visa (stamped in India when my original F1 was approved) expires this Oct end 2013.
So what should be my answer to this Q?
Also, can anyone provide me a list of all docs required for F1 to H4?
