I am trying to schedule an appointment for getting my H1 stamped and while doing so at ustraveldocs.in there is a "Petitioner" section in the form. There are fields for "Start Date" and "Expiration Date" in that section in addition to "Petitioner Name" and "Receipt Number". Do the dates refer to the start and end date are the ones mentioned in my I-797?
