Need your Guidance before Stamping

Hello All,

I had my H1B stamped in Feb 2012 which I never used as I left that company. Now new employer from US filled my new H1B using old cap which got approved and I have received new I797.

I am going for stamping next week with my dependents for this new company.

Can you please guide me what can be the probable questions (apart from regular stamping questions) that can be asked in my case by US Consulate officer?

Any suggestions that you guys would like to give? This would be of very much helpful to me.
