Here is my case..
1. I am currently working for company "A" and got H1B petition approved, stamped from "A" on Nov-2012. It is valid till 20-Dec-2013. But, I never traveled to US on it.
2. I wanted to join in company "B" during the mid of this year and got another approved H1B petition from "B" (not yet stamped) using my old petition from company "A". I changed my decision due to some reason and not joined in company "B". The petition is valid till Oct-2014
3. Now, the company "A" is thinking to apply for an extension on my H1B as it is going to expire in 15 days.
Please let me know if the company A can still extend my H1B as I have another valid h1b from B till next year. Also , Please let me if my current employer "A" will come to know that I have another H1B approved petition from company "B" during the process of extension?
