Hello all,
I had my last H1-B visa stamping done at the Mumbai US consulate in Dec 2010. Is it safe to assume that I was ten - printed because I cannot remember. From what I have read at other forums, ten printing was started in Jan 2008 at all us consulates and also at port of entry in the US. Is this information correct? I cannot find any official word or press release regarding this information anywhere on the internet.
I also have a question regarding the second eligibility criteria for the drop box service:-
-- " I received my visa after January 1, 2008"
Does this refer to the most recent visa stamping ? or the first time a person received his US visa.
