I have a bit of situation here, Appreciate your help on this.
my I-140 was approved back in July-2010 in EB3 category through employer A, I switched job last year ( March-2013) my PERM process was not initiated at Employer B, I have an offer from Employer C and I am considering to join them by the end of Feb-14. Appreciate if you can let me know if I can still carry my old I-140 date to Employer C in EB2 category, since now I (no of years and job description too) am eligible to apply in EB2 category. Appreciate your quick response on this.
I still hold the receipt of I-140 approval from Employer A.
