Query regarding the order of the name

Hi,
The name on the passport is
Given name :xxxx yyyy
Surname:zzzz


But in the visa petition document,
First name :yyyy
Middle name: xxxx
Surname :zzzz

Will this be an issue for h1b stamping process????
