First H1B Stamping in Calgary, Canada

I have a fresh H1b and i am planning to go and get it stamped in Canada. Some friends of mine hnd got it done from canada as well and none of them had any problems.

I am going to Calgary, Canada for my interview and my questions is does anyone know if they return the stamped passport the same day or does it take more than one day for them to return the passport back to you. I need to make travel arrangements accordingly.
