Hi,
I need to understand some facts here. I am on H1B which is valid until Feb 8 2014 and the thing is if a new employer applies for visa transfer after my visa is expired, what possible consequences I may face? I have applied for H1 extention already with my current employer, it has been 3.5 months since application was submitted. I have the receipt number, waiting for approval. It is in Vermont office where processing time is close to 5 months as per USCIS website.
