H1B transfer and extension

Sir,

I worked for "A" company with H1B visa and returned to home country. My H1B visa got expired 10 days back. Now I have joined company "B" in home country.

I need to transfer my H1B to company "B" and apply for H1B extension. Will this be possible? or I need to apply new H1B thru company "B"

Hello, Chandablr.

If you have not exhausted the H1B 6 years, then you should be able to move the visa to Company B and appear for a fresh interview.
