Mutiple H1b application from different employers
Hi,
I'm wondering about the following questions:
a. I'm working in Company A on L1B VISA. My company A and another company B are willing to file for H1B for the fiscal year 2014-15. Is it legal?
b. If yes, does it increase the chances of selection in lottery? Doesn't quite seem fair!
